Thoroughly enjoyed the place, had a very good stay for a business trip. Updated room with rose petals and roses, as example, and the pool was nice. The location was particularly good, 20 min walk from bus station. It was located in a beautiful area.

The room was super affordable and super clean with 2 comfy beds, just perfect for us. The staff was so nice and they even had a shuttle to the airport, which totally went above and beyond our expectations! 🌟

This functional hotel was run by the extremely accommodating and superbly friendly staff. Booked a room with 2 beds. The meals were outstanding. Location of venue was great and the shuttle to the airport was a big plus. It made my trip to Santa Ana a pleasant experience.

Large brand-new rooms, spacious bathroom, satisfactory breakfast. A huge variety of goodies for breakfast.

They care about guests, offer friendly service and shuttle to the airport. Polite and welcoming staff as one would expect. It has great and beautiful location near the artwork and mirror as well as shop and dine.

The hotel itself was cool and clean. The location was central, awesome by many office buildings. Besides, it was not far from the nearby South Coast Plaza, and quietly nestled near the lake. We thoroughly enjoyed spending 1 night here.

The rooms were comfortable and modern, and the staff was excellent. The hotel provided warm chocolate chip cookies upon arrival, which was a delightful touch. We were also impressed with the abundance of towels provided to us upon request. The location of the hotel was perfect, offering a serene atmosphere while still being centrally located. Additionally, we were pleased to find out that the hotel had a pool, which we plan on taking advantage of during our next visit.

While the overall experience was positive, there were a few downsides. we were disappointed to find that there was no fridge or microwave in the room.

We liked the location and the cookies and everyone was so nice

The entire stay there was a tray of room service food outside our door from the previous guest. This trip was to get lots of rest because we have two small children. We were woken up early in the morning by a cleaning staff. She unlocked our room and walked in calling for us. It woke us up. That made for an unpleaset morning because we are constantly woken up by our children and home. We arranged a get away for our anniversary kids free just to be woke up early in the morning when we had not checked out.

This place offers an exceptionally comfortable bed and an impressive room with a decent view of the lake, located not far from southern California and restaurants.

The rooms are fresh and quite spacious, and the bunk beds are really cozy.

The brand-new room was large and had a spacious bathroom, which was great. The hotel's location was convenient for everything I needed, with good casual dining options and a bistro nearby.
